This image is the very answer to that question. Lala is the one that's with me all the time caring for my needs and doing tedious tasks that no one else sees. She's attentive to my health and emotions. She's quick to deliver the unfiltered news because she knows the importance of time. She helps me with personal matters that others cannot touch or view. She's a protector of the calling, the anointing, and me. She's quick to address a snake trying to siphon illegally in the spirit. She's watchful of witchcraft and demonic activity. She prophesies to me without needing to hear prophetic words back. She's loyal and stands strong because weak won't work. She's relentlessly pushing forward in God to serve as an armor bearer.
Andrea is the watcher of the gate. She's easily corrective when needing to address spiritual abusive sheep. She's the pointer prophet that tells me what she sees even when I've seen it. She's loyal and doesn't want anyone messing with her leader. She wants me to succeed in every area and doesn't need to have a microphone. She's happy to help me and relieve me of tasks that she knows how to handle. She's an organizer. She organizes prayer and events to make sure I don't have to do it all. She's an eliminator. She eliminates tasks, demonic activity, misconceptions about me, and more. She loves God and wants to satisfy Him with her service.
I haven't described everything they do, only the surface level.
They both know that it's not about me. It's about Missio Dei (God's mission). They want people to get healed and set free by God using me as a conduit of His power. But they love me too.

They're with me and guarding His anointing on my life
They're both close
They're both attentive to detail and ready to help
They're both sacrificial, corrective, and teachable
Lala is tending to my personal needs and close to my heart
Andrea is pointing at what needs to be corrected to protect my heart
Both are focused on the assignment
Both are ready for what God is going to do
I love them both and I'm very thankful that God allows me to be a part of their life story.
Armor Bearers guard the castle and protect the leader appointed to rule.
Characteristics of Good Armor Bearers:
They love their leader
They respect their leader
They tolerate their leader
They align with the will of God for the ministry
They provide strength when the leader needs it
They are appointed by God and know their place
They're submissive
They focus on the assignment and the office
They take their calling as an armor bearer seriously
They pray consistently for the leader
Selfless
Sacrificial
Patient
Communicative
Supportive
Never gossip about the leader
Correct the leader when necessary and more.
They're snipers in the spirit.
David was Saul's armor-bearer and even when he ran away from Saul, he always knew where he was and what he was doing. 1 Samuel 24

But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him. And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.
Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well. And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now a man that can play well, and bring him to me.Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the Lord is with him. Wherefore Saul sent messengers unto Jesse, and said, Send me David thy son, which is with the sheep. And Jesse took an ass laden with bread, and a bottle of wine, and a kid, and sent them by David his son unto Saul. And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer. And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight. And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.

What makes a good armor bearer?
The heart must be circumcised and pure to serve the Lord properly in any position. Many armor-bearers can be good but they may not have leaders that know how to treat them. Leaders should be meek, compliant, considerate, and loving. A good leader can train armor bearers to understand their position. The leader cannot mistreat the armor-bearer and be controlling. If a leader believes that they do not have a good armor bearer or the position has a revolving door, they need to do a heart check. All must be done in love as God commands us to do. Any position can be done in excellence when we love God more than our own personal desires.
Sometimes the roles we play in ministry can cause damage to our hearts and unhealthy relationships. We must do all in love to be increased.
And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all [men], even as we [do] toward you: 1 Thessalonians 3:12

Prayer for Ministers:
Lord, I've felt abused by those that you've called me to care for. I've felt unappreciated, forgotten, and overlooked. I know that You Lord Jesus gave your life for me and you suffered. I understand that there's more at stake than my emotions and feelings about how others treat me. I repent for any time that I've acted out of frustration, anger, woundedness, brokenness, and abuse. I repent for any damaged that I've caused to any member of the Body of Christ due to my reactions and pain. Lord, I truly forgive everyone of the sheep that have hurt me and spiritually abused me. I forgive those that did not heed the warning. I forgive those that were insubordinate. I forgive those that had ill agendas towards me and the ministry You have in me. I forgive those that betrayed me and talked about me. Lord, I forgive everyone that has hurt me and I am ready to heal. I open my heart now to receive all of Your love and comfort in the hidden places that no one else knows about. Lord, please forgive me for all of my sins and give me the grace to be the leader you've called me to be. I completely surrender myself, the ministry, and my calling to You. In the name of Jesus. Amen
