Parable of Ten Virgins
“Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish [thoughtless, silly, and careless], and five were wise [far-sighted, practical, and sensible]. For when the foolish took their lamps, they did not take any [extra] oil with them, but the wise took flasks of oil along with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom was delayed, they all began to nod off, and they fell asleep. But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Look! The bridegroom [is coming]! Go out to meet him.’Then all those virgins got up and put their own lamps in order [trimmed the wicks and added oil and lit them]. But the foolish virgins said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ But the wise replied, ‘No, otherwise there will not be enough for us and for you, too; go instead to the dealers and buy oil for yourselves.’

Beloved, you need to be prepared in the things of God to receive the blessings of God. He has given you wisdom and you will need to push past laziness, making excuses, forgetfulness, procrastination, worry, and condemnation. In this month God will prepare you further into advancement for what's to come. You shall be enlightened of your future and destiny. Begin to declare over your future and destiny NOW!
There are things for you to do that you may not have recognized as part of your journey. There are captivating experiences on the way for the Lord to use you in different territories.
You shall walk in your blessings this coming year and your feet need to be prepared for the journey. Meaning, you cannot escape responsibility, tiredness, and weariness. You need to enjoy it and the process will be much easier for you. God does not put more on us than we can bear. Trust me says the Lord, for I will make you into what you need to be. Beloved, you don't have to worry about not being ready or not being good enough. No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy]. (1 Corinthians 10:13, AMP)
You just need to be mentally ready for the challenge and the Lord will do the rest. The first step to change is a mental one. Changes with God are not to discourage or torment you with new challenges and failures but to grow you to a place of success. See and watch what the Lord will do with you in this season. You will be amazed!
