Question: Momma, I’ve been obsessing over my ex. I’m trying to move on. What should I do?
The first thing to do is get rid of ungodly ties, then forgive and move on.

Beloved, it's possible to have ungodly soul ties (chains) with anyone. However, a romantic relationship is even more connected and it can be difficult to cut off. If you've entered into a covenant, knowingly or unknowingly, that could make the separation even harder. Also, oaths or pledges made while in a relationship make it even worse.

Use the prayer below. Be sure to say it out loud and expect ungodly ties to break.
Lord, I repent for all ungodly relations and relationships I've had and renounce all invalid covenant agreements with _____, _____,______, and anyone else where this applies. I renounce all covenants I made to people in revealing movies and videos. I break up and annihilate those false and invalid covenants. I put all my sins on the cross and leave them there. Lord, please erase all the images, feelings, and reoccurring memories that are connected to that relationship. I ask that you remove everything that came upon me from those relationships. I choose to forgive ________,______ ,______. In the name of Jesus. Amen. I am free!

Lord, I pray that your beloved's heart and body are restored and preserved for the correct spouse according to your will. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
